  摘  要：通过研究表明，外资引入对我国农业的发展具有十分重要的作用。农业投资的不断引入，促进了我国农业的改革，也带来了新技术新理念，推动农业前行。在影响外商在华农业投资的众多因素中，农业投资环境极为重要。当前，外资在华农业投资虽然在不断增多，但远不能满足农业发展的需求，投资环境问题制约了农业的发展。本文从实际出发，分析了当前外商在华农业投资的现状，以及我国农业投资环境方面的特征，对存在的不足提出解决措施。

Study On Improvement Strategys Of Agricultural Investment Environment In China Under New Situation 
Abstract: According to the research,leading into foreign capital is very important for the developing of our country’s agriculture.Jioning into WTO help reforming the agriculture ,and bringing into the new technonical and idea.These are all pushing forward of agriculture.All of the factors that infect the deciding of the foreign capital,the investing environment is very important.Now,foreign capital is increasing,but it is not enough for the development.Environment problem limited the agriculture.The article that use the fact analsys the present situation of foreign investment and the factors of environment,and giving the resolving ways to the drawback.
