无锡新和诺公司货币资金存在的问题与对策研究

摘 要

货币资金管理是现代企业管理的一项重要内容,围绕企业生存、发展、获利的很多问题都和资金管理相关。企业设立之初，需要筹集资金；企业发展扩展规模，需要资金支持；企业获利之后，对于资金进行分配。这些企业的运行离不开资金运动。本文主要采用实证的研究方法，应用财务会计、管理会计的有关理论知识对无锡新和诺公司的货币资金管理进行了详尽的研究。首先论文介绍了研究货币资金管理的背景、意义和研究的方法与内容；其次，对目前国内外在货币资金管理方面已有研究进行了简要的综述；再次，通过对无锡新和诺公司实地调查和了解，从该企业的货币资金会计处理进行分析，探析公司在货币资金管理上存在的一些问题。最后，针对企业在货币资金管理上存在的漏洞，提出企业应该在“库存现金管理、银行存款管理、其他货币资金管理”上不断改进。

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Monetary Fund Management of Wuxi Xinhenuo Company 

 

Abstract

Money management is an important element of modern business management. Around the survival, development, and gain a lot of problems and money management. At the beginning of survival,  needed to raise funds; Enterprise scale, needed financial support; After the earnings, are allocated for funding. These cannot run without funding. This article mainly uses empirical research methods, apply theoretical knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting for monetary funds management of Wuxi Xinhenuo Company, carry out a detailed study. paper introduced the background, significance of research on monetary funds management and research methods and content at first. Second, the current domestic and international monetary funds management research has conducted a brief literature review. Again, by Wuxi Xinhenuo Company’s field investigation and understanding of science and technology, accounting for monetary funds from the business analysis, analysis of some outstanding issues on the monetary funds management of the company. Last, for the vulnerability on the monetary funds management of enterprises, and suggested that company should "cash management, bank savings management, other monetary funds management" constantly improved.
