摘要
近年来，随着经济的不断发展，我国中小企业的数量也在不断的增长。中小企业在国民经济中的地位越来越高，无论是对GDP的贡献还是在解决就业方面，中小企业都发挥了举足轻重的作用。但中小企业所做的贡献却与收获完全不成正比，中小企业融资困难的问题一直都是制约其发展的瓶颈，也是现在社会普遍存在的难题。本文主要通过研究华夏字通科技有限公司融资方面存在的问题，找出问题的成因，从而提出解决该融资问题的建议措施。
华夏字通科技有限公司是专门从事儿童识字学习教育的。本文主要依据财务管理、财务分析等相关理论，首先介绍了论文的研究背景和意义以及相关的融资的理论知识，其次通过在该公司实习了解到的情况和搜集的数据，分析公司的融资成本以及相关的财务状况指标，找出公司融资方面存在的问题，分析成因，最终得出通过加强银企合作，运用价值链融资，加强内控建设等一些企业内部的建议措施和企业外部相关措施来解决公司融资问题的结论。

Abstract
In recent years, with the constant development of economy, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is also growing. Small and medium-sized enterprises in the position of the national economy more and more high, whether to GDP or solving the employment, small and medium-sized enterprises have played an important role. But the contribution and harvest of small and medium-sized enterprise is out completely, financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises problem has been the bottleneck of restricting its development, and it is also the problem of society exists generally. This text mainly find out the problems existing in the financing through the research on QinZheng construction company, and also find out the cause of the problems, and then puts forward the suggestions to solve the financing problems.
QinZheng construction company, Specifically engaged in the education of children's literacy learning. This text is based on financial management, financial analysis and related theory, firstly introduces the background and significance of the financing and the related theory ,then analyzes the financing cost and related financial status indicators of the company through the practice in the company and find out the problems existing in the financing.Last solve the financing problems by strengthening cooperation argues, using value chain and strengthening the construction of enterprise internal control.
