摘 要：土地是人类生存与发展的根基，是特别宝贵的资源以及资产。但随着我国经济的高速发展,工业化、城镇化的脚步日益增快,大量耕地被占用。如何协调好耕地保护与经济发展的关系成为我国日后发展道路中极其重要的问题。如果我国长期坚持“十分珍惜和合理利用土地，切实保护耕地” 的基本国策，将会保证粮食产量，稳固可持续发展的根基；但从我国目前的土地利用现状及实践来看,还存在诸多人为因素造成的“不可持续”的问题,如土地质量退化,耕地数量减少等.我国地域虽然辽阔,可是耕地很少;随着人口的增长,地少人多的矛盾将越来越尖税.面对日益严峻的“人地”关系,从我国可持续发展的角度考虑,严格控制耕地减少已成为刻不容缓、亟待解决的紧迫问题。

DIALECTICAL THINKING ON CULTIVATED LAND PROTECTION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
  Abstract:With China's rapid economic development, industrialization and urbanization, the increasing faster pace, a lot of land to be occupied. How to coordinate cultivated land protection and economic development of the future development is becoming an extremely important issue. If our long-term adherence to the " cherish and rational use every inch of land and effectively protect cultivated land " the basic national policy, we will ensure that food production, a solid basis for sustainable development; According to the way we use the farmland at present , there exist many problems , which make it hard to be sustainable . In order to solve the problems , we need to make full use of the farmland we have now . It is very crucial if we want to guarantee the sustainable development .
