摘  要：湖南省农业类上市公司作为农业现代化的龙头企业，其资产质量的优劣程度不仅可以让企业的管理者相应地采取积极有效的措施，从而增强公司的核心竞争力及企业的盈利能力，同时对于湖南农业的现代化和产业化建设也有着非常重要的影响。本文借助财务指标体系分别对湖南省8家农业类上市公司的资产质量进行了分析与评价，从而在一定程度上折射出企业生产经营活动管理的水平，并在此基础上，为湖南农业类上市公司管理者提供有益的参考意见。

Assets Quality Analysis of Hunan Agricultural Listed Corporations
Abstract: The asset quality’s status of the agricultural companies who come into the market in Hunan province，which are leading enterprises of the agriculture modernization，is an significant factor for the administrator to take effective measures to strengthen the core competition ability and increase the profits of the company，at the same time，it has a very important influence on the modernization and industrialization of the agriculture in Hunan province．This dissertation analyzed and evaluated the asset quality of eight agricultural listed companies in Hunan province by using the finance standard system，it simultaneously reflected the management level of the corporations in some certain degree．Based on the analysis，some suggestions were put forward for the managers of the agricultural listed companies in Hunan province．

一、概论
（一）对湖南省农业类上市公司资产质量进行分析的意义
对于湖南省农业类上市公司的资产质量分析，不论是作为投资者、债权人、政府部门、社会中介机构还是经营者，都会对其进行密切的关注。同时，近年来国内外不少上市公司频频爆出财务舞弊的相关丑闻，这些财务舞弊行为不但影响了资源的优化配置，而且也让利益相关者更加清楚地认识到对企业资产质量进行分析的必要性。通过对农业类上市公司的资产质量进行分析，一方面能够让企业的管理者清楚地认识有关公司资产质量的内容，及其构成要素的基本特征，分析哪些属于优质资产、哪些属于劣质资产，从而提出有关如何增强自己上市公司的核心竞争力及企业的盈利能力的方法，并相对应地采取积极有效的措施。另一方面可以帮助广大的投资者和政府部门从财务的角度出发正确地评价上市公司，进而作出正确的决策。因此．对资产质量进行分析，不仅能够保证会计信息质量，同时也是防范和化解各类风险的最好办法。
