随着社会发展、进步,公司、企业业务的不断扩大,规模不断扩大,员工绩效考核也越来越复杂,原始的手工考核的方式不仅不科学,过程往往是很繁琐的,整个过程都需要手工操作,效率十分低下,还会出现信息的重复传递问题,而且主观因素太强,在一定程度上影响了员工的积极性,加大了人事管理的难度,阻碍了企业的发展。计算机化的绩效考核系统带来的高效客观使之拥有很强的生命力。
绩效考核要求客观公正,应尽可能用数字化指标来衡量工作成果及进步成长状况,用计算机软件实现的绩效考核系统能大大降低主观因素对考核结果带来的影响和误差,通过与经营管理相结合,营造一种良好的工作氛围,在辅助员工个人能力提升的同时,企业实现资源的最有效利用,从而获取最优的市场竞争力,最终实现企业与员工共同利益的最大化。
本文综合运用了信息管理系统思想和软件工程设计思想,分五个部分对绩效评估系统员工自评模块的分析、设计和实现等进行了阐述。首先,论述了系统的开发背景、目的、意义以及国内外发展现状。其次,在进行了详实的市场调研后,进行了系统的需求分析。再次,利用系统分析与设计原理,对系统进行业务、界面、数据库等方面的设计。系统实现部分是本文的核心内容,详细介绍了系统的功能实现。最后对绩效评估系统员工自评模块进行了功能测试,并通过测试运行,找到该模块的不足之处,并进行了修改与再测试。对该模块的安全性与实用性进行了详细的分析。
