摘要
随着社会的不断进步,高科技的快速发展,互联网的广泛普及,人与人之间的联系变得更加便捷,人们的行为活动越来越离不开手机,对移动APP的需求也在日益增加。在信息爆炸的时代,如何在同类产品中脱颖而出,成为能让用户满意的APP是许多商家在研究的问题。
本文运用定性和实证分析方法,研究了人工智能对移动用户行为的影响因素。首先,通过查阅相关文献资料,对国内外人工智能、用户行为与移动APP相关文献进行梳理,在此基础上进一步对移动APP的发展现状和面临的问题进行分析。进而,以学习类移动APP为例,本文从用户信息、用户目前下载和使用的学习类APP情况、用户如何选择学习类APP和用户对学习类APP的评价与需求等方面进行了问卷设计,利用问卷调查的方式分析了影响移动APP用户行为的主要因素。.分析结果表明:用户个体差异、用户对APP的整体满意度和移动APP的功能、内容与服务水平是影响移动APP用户行为的三个主要因素。最后,针对以上存在的问题提出了相关改进建议。如从个性化、内容与服务等多个角度体会用户内在需求,以用户的个性化需求为中心开发新产品,以双赢争取利益最大化等。

Research on the Influencing Factors of Artificial Intelligence on Mobile Users' Behavior ——Taking Learning APP as an Example
ABSTRACT
With the continuous progress of society, thehigh technology is developing with a fast speed, and we can find internet everywhere.The connection between people become more convenient, people’s behavior activities are increasingly inseparable from mobile phones, and the demand for mobile apps is also increasing. . In the era of information explosion, how to stand out among similar products and become an APP that can satisfy users is a problem that many businesses are researching.
This article starts from the perspective of user behavior and mainly studies the influencing factors of artificial intelligence on mobile user behavior. Through reviewing the relevant literature and literature, we have combed the topics of research on artificial intelligence, user behavior and mobile APP at home and abroad in the past three to five years. Based on this analysis, we further analyzed the development status of mobile APP and proposed the design and content of mobile APP in the interface. There are many issues such as quality, intellectual property awareness, and the impact on the user's behavior. In order to facilitate the research, this article uses the learning mobile APP as an example in the empirical analysis phase to perform user information, the current situation of the user's downloading and using the learning APP, how the user selects the learning APP, and the user's evaluation and demand for the learning APP. The questionnaire was designed to use questionnaires to analyze the main factors affecting the behavior of mobile APP users. It was concluded that the main factors affecting mobile APP users are individual differences, the overall satisfaction of users with APP, and the functionality, content and service level of mobile APP. Based on the conclusions of each aspect, and in light of the above problems, the development of mobile APP should be realized from the perspectives of individualization, content, and services, and the development of new products centered on the individual needs of users to win the benefits in a win-win situationMaximum advice.
