摘要
食品安全问题在我国不断发生,食品安全也越来越受到关注和重视,食品溯源被认为是控制和管理食品安全的重要手段之一,它最明显的特征应该说是事前防范和监管重于事后的惩罚。人们所说的食品溯源,是指在食品产供销的各个环节(包括生产、流通和销售餐饮等)中,食品质量及其相关信息能够被顺向追踪(生产—消费)或者逆向溯源(消费—生产),可以使食品的整个生产经营活动处于有效监督控制之中,进而保证食品的质量安全。
Android食品溯源系统是使用扫描二维码等相关技术对农产品进行溯源的一套系统。如果能够引入农产品追溯系统,在把农产品入库时,可以读取二维码,取得农产品原产地、生产者、生产过程(饲料、农药、化肥等)、运输过程以及日期和期限等信息,并且提供数据库查询,向消费者公布农产品的相关信息,随时应对公众质疑,从而保证食品安全。
