摘  要：企业人事管理工作是一种繁琐务求准确迅速的信息检索工作。系统以Visual c++为开发工具，SQL作为后台数据库。主要功能模块包括：系统管理模块，员工基本信息模块，数据管理模块等。系统还设置了两种不同的用户类型，实现了二级用户权限管理体系，提高了系统的安全性以及可用性。

Abstract： The business enterprise personal management work is a tedious to accurately and rapidly work of information retrieval. System to Visual c + + as a development tool, SQL as backend database. The main function modules including: system management module, employee basic information module, data management module. System is also equipped with two different user types, realized the secondary user permissions management system and improve the system security and usability
