县级单位成人教育局网站的设计与开发

摘要　
改革开放30余年来,我国成人教育得到空前发展,并取得了举世瞩目的成就。迈入新世纪之后,回顾我国成人教育发展的历程,总结其经验教训,对于大力发展成人教育,不断提高亿万劳动者的思想道德素质和科学文化素质,为经济和社会发展提供更加坚实可靠的人才基础,以及把我国建设成为高度民主、高度文明的社会主义现代化国家具有重要的战略意义。由于现今知识的日益更新，成人教育的重要性进一步被提高，教育部门付出大量的工作时间，得到的效率很低。因此为提高工作效率，减轻校方人员的工作负担，决定开发县级单位成教局网站能够适应现今社会并提高生产效率。该应用软件非常容易被接受，他具有简单易学性，便于管理等功能。它大大的提高了成教局的工作效率，促进了成教局的无纸化办公！为成人教育提供了平台！本程序前台采用Dreamweaver MX进行页面制作，后台由access数据库支持，通过使用ASP语言实现动态网页的效果，达到对数据库的操作以完成使用者的要求。本文中除了有对程序的总体设计、详细设计、功能实现等主体部分外，在这之前还介绍了网络编程技术、asp编程语言、等的基本内容及发展情况。

设计的可行性
成人教育已有相当长的时间了，但成人教育仍然普及率很低，究其原因成人教育的分散性，时间的不确定等等原因，为减轻逐次带来的不便设计此系统。设计过程中，设计小组到成教局与有关领导进行了交流，对需求和面向的对象进行了具体的了解。为设计的下一步进行奠定了基础。成教局网站是针对成人教育而设计的。针对成人教育的不确定，分散性，因此，利用网络，这一先进的手段，使成人教育得以教育。使学习不受地点，时间的限制，随时都可以学习，从而提高学习的效率。本系统基本解决了成人教育一些常规问题。
